Jesus Is Taken From Egypt To Nazareth

After the death of Herod the Great, Mary and Joseph return to their homeland, but notice that they don't settle in Judea, but in Galilee, in the little town of Nazareth. Why did Jesus and his parents not return to Judea? After Herod dies, his son, Archelaus was appointed Tetrarch of Judea. His brother, Herod Antipas ruled Galilee. Archelaus was even more blood thirsty than his father and equally paranoid. The family would be safer in Galilee. Because Jesus will grow up in Nazareth, the Pharisees and Sadducee's will wrongly assume that Jesus was originally from there rather than Judea, therefore disqualifying Him from being the Messiah.
